President can increase Bangsamoro entity in Mindanao

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – According to the Malacañang, the President can widen the territory of the Bangsamoro entity through an executive order. The statement was made after the controversial provision allowing nearby provinces to join the Bangsamoro entity through a plebiscite was struck out by the leadership of the Congress. Indonesia supports Bangsamoro entity

APRIL 21, (Eagle News) — The Indonesian president said that they are willing to support the Philippines in the formation of a Bangsamoro entity. Indonesia served as the third-party facilitator of the peace talks between the Philippine government and the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF).
