PHILCONSA asks SC to declare Bangsamoro deals unconstitutional

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – The Philippine Constitution Association (PHILCONSA) petitioned the Supreme Court to declare unconstitutional the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro and the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro as well as to restrain the Budget Department to release funds for the implementation of said agreements. Majority of senators will support BBL
