(Eagle News) — Daraga, Albay Mayor Carlwyn Baldo has surrendered to authorities. A report from GMA’s radio dzbb said Baldo, who has a warrant for his arrest for the murder of AKO Bicol Rep. Rodel Batocabe and his aide, Orlando Diaz, surrendered to Branch 10 of the Legazpi Regional Trial Court that issued the warrant on Monday, May 6.
