Musico MANILA, Sept. 18 (PNA) — Veteran journalist and TV anchor Teddy Boy Locsin has accepted the post as ambassador to the United Nations, Presidential Communications Operations (PCO) Secretary Martin Andanar confirmed on Sunday.
