(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers are expected in parts of Northern Luzon today as the southwest monsoon affects Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said these conditions are expected over the provinces of Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan. (Eagle News)–The Palace has declared Aug. 12, Monday, a holiday in observance of Eid al-Adha or the Muslim Feast of Sacrifice.
