(Eagle News)–Tropical Storm “Atsani” is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility this afternoon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said so far, “Atsani” was located 1280 kilometers east of southern Luzon.
