Permit to carry firearms in M. Manila, C. Luzon suspended from Nov. 1 to 15

(Eagle News) — Permits to carry firearms outside of residences for civilians are suspended in Metro Manila and Central Luzon from Nov. 1 to Nov. 15. Philippine National Police Director General Ronald dela Rosa said the suspension was in connection with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit to be held next month.
