(Eagle News)–The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok on Friday, Aug. 2, urged Filipinos there to take extra precautions following the “bombings” that ripped across the capital as it hosted a regional summit. Permit to carry firearms in M. Manila, C. Luzon suspended from Nov. 1 to 15

(Eagle News) — Permits to carry firearms outside of residences for civilians are suspended in Metro Manila and Central Luzon from Nov. 1 to Nov. 15.
