MANILA, Philippines – Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto del Rosario warned against the effects of the massive Chinese reclamation in the foreign ministers’ meeting of the Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN). Del Rosario said that the continuing Chinese reclamation will affect the unity of the ASEAN as well as the credibility of the said organization.
