(Eagle News) — The Association of Southeast Asian Nations Economic Community (AEC) has a new deputy secretary general. Dr. Aladdin Rillo of the Philippines assumed the post previously held by DSG Lim Hong Him of Brunei Darassalam on Monday. His term will end in 2021. Rillo previously worked as a senior economist at the Asian Development Bank Institute in Tokyo, Japan where he administered capacity-building training on development issues, among others. https://youtu.be/OVIvZ2xwAF4
