President Duterte: 40 percent of barangay captains involved in drug-related activities
(Eagle News) — Forty percent of the barangay captains in the entire country are involved in drugs. This is according to President Rodrigo Duterte who spoke during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Cebu-Cordova Expressway on Thursday.
