(Eagle News)– Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa received on Tuesday (September 13) documents illustrating suspected transactions of Eastern Visayas top drug personality Kerwin Espinosa. The records were turned over by Albuera Leyte Police Chief Inspector Jovie Espenido. The documents include cheques, notebooks, affidavits and list of Espinosa’s dealings.
