MIAA releases list of operational flights as of Monday, March 23

(Eagle News)–The Manila International Airport Authority on Monday, March 23, released its list of operational flights amid the enhanced community quarantine. Below is a list as of 11 a.m.: According to MIAA, “due to the evolving situation in the Philippines and foreign ports of entry, the airlines MAY randomly CANCEL their flights for the day,” however. “In such cases, we encourage passengers to coordinate with the airline for instructions,” MIAA said.

MOSCOW, Russia (AFP)– A Russian passenger plane carrying 71 people crashed outside Moscow on Sunday after taking off from the capital’s Domodedovo airport, officials and local media said.
