(Eagle News)–Over 30 percent of those who took the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer Licensure Examination in October passed. The 37.69 percent passing rate translates to  711 passers out of 1,886 who took the exam  in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi and Tuguegarao. Paul Agustin Dejarlo Galanida of the University of Southeastern Philippines-Tagum garnered the top place, with a rating of 82.62 percent.
