Puyat: P60-million payment for ad placement in Tulfo-produced program has not been returned

(Eagle News)–The P60 million issued as payment for the airing of Department of Tourism advertisements in the PTV program produced by resigned-Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo’s brother Ben has not been returned. Morales: Ombudsman already conducting fact-finding investigation into P60-million ad placement controversy
