(Eagle News) — The Philippines will get up to 40 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines from the Gavi COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access facility or COVAX, vaccine czar Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. announced on Thursday, Jan. 21.
