4.1-magnitude quake hits Antique early Sunday, Jan. 12

(Eagle News)-A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Antique early Sunday, Jan. 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake took place at 2:51 a.m. The epicenter was 18 kilometers northwest of Patnongon, with depth of focus at 4 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

4.1-magnitude quake hits Davao Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Oriental on Wednesday, March 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck 75 kilometers northeast of Baganga at 2:14 p.m. Depth of focus of the earthquake, which was of tectonic origin, was 34 kilometers. No damage nor aftershocks were expected.  

4.1-magnitude quake strikes Catanduanes

(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude quake struck Catanduanes on Tuesday. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the earthquake took place at 11:14 a.m. Its epicenter was  at 68 kilometers northwest of Pandan in Catanduanes, Phivolcs said. It added that the quake had a depth of 10 kilometers. An Intensity 3 was felt in Naga, and an Intensity 2 in Legazpi. No aftershocks are expected.  

Sabtang, Batanes hit by 4.6-magnitude quake

(Eagle News) — A 4.6-magnitude earthquake hit the town of Sabtang in Batanes on Thursday morning, March 2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) said the quake was felt at 164 kilometers south of Sabtang at 9:27 a.m. The tremor’s epicenter was traced at 49 kilometers west of Sabtang, Batanes. There were no aftershocks reported.
