(Eagle News)–A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck Batanes on Saturday, Aug. 10. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 35 kilometers southwest of Sabtang at 7:18 a.m. Depth of focus was 30 kilometers. An instrumental intensity I was felt in Basco. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

3.2-magnitude earthquake jolts Southern Leyte
(Eagle News)—A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck Southern Leyte on Friday, March 29. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 1 kilometer northwest of Hinunangan at 3:27 a.m. The depth of focus of the quake, which was of tectonic origin, was 9 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
3.2-magnitude quake jolts Davao Occidental
(Eagle News)–A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental on Thursday, March 7. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck 79 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos at 3:54 a.m. The earthquake, which was of tectonic origin, had a depth of focus of 80 kilometers. No damage nor aftershocks were expected.
