(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Masbate early Saturday, June 1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 13 kilometers northeast of Aroroy at 4:35 a.m. Depth of focus of the quake was six kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 44 kilometers northeast of Baganga at 6:40 a.m. The depth of focus was 20 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 24 kilometers southeast of Virac. The depth of focus of the quake was 49 kilometers. 3.0-magnitude quake hits Surigao del Sur
(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Sur on Wednesday, May 1. The quake, which was an aftershock of the 5.5-magnitude quake that hit the province on April 26, struck 53 kilometers southeast of General Luna at 1:51 p.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. Depth of focus was 11 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 58 kilometers northeast of Burgos at 11:01 a.m. The depth of focus of the quake was 10 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.

(Eagle News)—–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Masbate on Saturday, April 13. The quake hit 11 kilometers east of Masbate at 5:34 a.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. According to PHIVOLCS, the depth of focus of the quake, which was of tectonic origin, was 1 kilometers. An intensity II and an instrumental intensity II were reported in Masbate. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.

(Eagle News)—A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Occidental Mindoro on Thursday, April 4. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 34 kilometers southwest of Paluan at 6:36 a.m. The depth of focus of the earthquake, which was tectonic in origin, was 86 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
