Spider Man joins other Marvel heroes, Pattinson in Berlin

Spider Man is set to join a host of other super heroes. Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have reached a deal to partner on the next installment of the Spider Man franchise, uniting the web-slinging super hero with Marvel’s comic book universe. Under the agreement, Spider-Man will appear in an upcoming Marvel film, and Marvel characters, which include Iron Man, Thor and Captain America, could appear in later Spider-Man films.

Robert Pattinson hit the red carpet at the Berlin Film Festival for his movie “Life.” The former “Twilight” actor drew hordes of fans to the premiere, despite the fact that his resume has steered him far from the vampire franchise in recent years. In “Life,” Pattinson plays photographer Dennis Stock, the man behind some of the most iconic photos of actor James Dean.

A public vigil was held for Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown on Monday evening (February 09) in Georgia. Brown still remains on life support after being found face down in her bathtub late last month. Few details about her condition have been released. Wednesday, February 11 will be the third anniversary of her mother’s death – Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in the bathtub of her Beverly Hills hotel room.
