(Eagle News) – The Southwest monsoon is still affecting extreme Northern Luzon, PAGASA said.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms, forecasters said.
Possible flashfloods and landslides could occur during severe thunderstorms.
PAGASA said there is no low pressure area within the country, and there is no LPA seen outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)
