
(Eagle News) – The Southwest Monsoon is affecting extreme Northern Luzon which could bring rains in the area, according to the country’s weather bureau, PAGASA, Monday, July 8.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening because of localized thunderstorms, forecasters said.
PAGASA warned there could be flashfloods and some landslides during the thunderstorms.
