QUEZON City, Philippines, April 17 (Eagle News) — Isabela Congressman Rodolfo Albano III asks President Benigno S. Aquino III to urgently appoint new members of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) so that it could fulfill its functions properly in the upcoming 2016 elections. Currently, the position of COMELEC Chairman as well as that of two Commissioners stand vacant.
