Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Ramon Revilla Jr., asked the Sandiganbayan’s permission to attend the wake of showbiz veteran German “Kuya Germs” Moreno in Mt. Carmel Church in Quezon City.
Both senators said that they consider Kuya Germs as a second father and they want to give their last respects to him.
