QUEZON City, Philippines – In a report submitted by the court sheriff, the Sandiganbayan failed to secure the majority of the funds of Senator Ramon Revilla Jr. and his wife Lanie Mercado, with the couple’s banks reporting that they were able to close most of their bank accounts before the exposure of the pork barrel scam.
