MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – According to Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte, the Malacañang will agree to the Sandiganbayan’s decision of whether or not to place former president and now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo under house arrest, saying that the anti-graft court has jurisdiction over the matter.
