MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – According to Senate President Franklin Drilon, it is possible that Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas may be the official presidential candidate that will be endorsed by the Liberal Party. Drilon is the vice-president of the said party, while Roxas is the president.
