QUEZON City, Philippines – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) respects the opinion of Senator Francis Escudero when he said that General Gregorio Pio Catapang is like a child crying to his parents when he told the public what is happening in the West Philippine Sea.
But the AFP stands firm in its belief that it is part of its duty to the Filipino people to inform them about what is happening in the West Philippine Sea especially as the ongoing Chinese reclamation is destroying the environmental resources in the said area.
