Prosecution panel presents 3rd witness in Pemberton Case

The prosecution panel is scheduled to present today the third and surprise witness of the murder case against US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton, suspect in the death of Jeffrey Laude.

In a report, a certain Boy Miraflor, an internal security of Celzone Lodge where the two checked-in before Laude died, would face the hearing today.

Although Miraflor was not initially included in the list of witnesses, he is ready to give his testimony in the last preliminary conference.

Elias Gallamos, cashier of Celzone Lodge, had already initially identified Pemberton as the one responsible for the death of the transgender during the hearing last March 23.
