QUEZON City, April 16 (Eagle News) — The reported resignation letter of Philippine National Police officer-in-charge (PNP-OIC) Leonardo Espina was refuted by PNP Chief Superintendent Genoroso Cerbo saying that the said organization has no official record of the resignation.
