Former Senator Francis Pangilinan officially joined PNOY’s cabinet on Tuesday after he his oath taking as the country’s newest food and agriculture adviser.
According to Memorandum Order (MO) No. 70 which was signed by the President on Monday (May 5), these agencies are the National Food Authority (NFA), National Irrigation Administration (NIA), Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), and Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA).
