PAGASA warns against worst drought in 17 years

QUEZON City, Philippines, July 30 (Eagle News) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warned against the coming of the worst drought that the country will experience in 17 years come the last quarter of 2015.
