Businesses and governments in Southeast Asia are increasingly likely to be a target for cyber criminals, according to a report from security supplier fire eye and Singapore-headquartered Telco Singtel. Across the region, 29% of organizations observed were targeted by advanced cyber attacks in the first half of 2015. With the coming of the holiday season, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority commenced its bike sharing program with 40 additional bicycles. The program was started last 2013. Said program is one of the solutions promoted by the MMDA in alleviating the traffic problem.
