Blast causes massive fire in northeast China, injuring 4 residents

Massive blast-induced fire at a chemical plant injured four residents in Jilin, northeast China’ Jilin Province on Wednesday night. Red tide affects 8 provinces in Visayas

According to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, eight provinces in Visayas are affected by red tide brought about by climate change. The public is advised not to eat shellfish coming from said provinces.
