Today marks the start of the two-day New Year’s celebration event at the Philippine Arena. The event features several activities and programs like carnival/circus shows, food courts, bazaar, obstacle course and others. There is also a concert featuring local and international artists. Emergency services boosted river defenses in England’s Croston village on Tuesday (December 29) after warnings of more rain raised concerns it would be hit by further flooding.
