BONTOC, Mountain Province — Dahil sa walang tigil na pag-ulan, nagkaroon na naman ng landslide sa bahagi ng Alab hanggang Gonogon section sa Bontoc, Mountain Province. Uniformed personnel to start receiving rice allowance in September
