127 sick and old inmates okayed for executive clemency

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) – The Department of Justice confirmed that 127 inmates will be released after receiving executive clemency from President Rodrigo Duterte. Most of these prisoners are either sick or already very old.
