Humingi ng paumanhin si Pangulong Duterte sa pagkamatay ng Korean businessman na si Jee Ick Joo. Pero nanawagan ang pamahalaan ng South Korea sa Pilipinas na lutasin at bigyan ng hustisya ang pagkamatay ng negosyante. Sinimulan ng Senado ang imbestigasyon nito sa ‘Tokhang-for-Ransom’.
