Libreng birth registration sa Quezon province

(Eagle News) — Ang local government unit (LGU) Mulanay sa pangunguna ng Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar ay nakikiisa sa Philippine Statics Authority (PSA) sa pagdiriwang ng Civil Registration Month 2017. Ito ay may temang: “Pilipino rehistrado, matatag na kinabukasan ay sigurado.” Kaugnay nito, nagsagawa sa bayang ito ng free registration para sa lahat, bata man o matanda, na hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa rin na nakarehistro o wala pa ring birth certificate.
