(Eagle News) — A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck Occidental Mindoro on Saturday afternoon. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake jolted the province at 1:54 p.m., minutes after another of a 4.5 magnitude shook Davao Occidental.
