LOOK: After the heavy rains brought about by “Paolo,” an electric post hovers dangerously over a main road in Parang, Maguindanao

Residents in Barangay Sarmiento in Parang, Maguindanao fear that this post toppled down by the heavy rains brought about by “Paolo” on Wednesday, October 18, will cause fatal accidents. The post–located inside the compound of  Sarmiento Central Elementary School in Elementary Zone 1–is owned by Maguindanao Electric Cooperative, Inc.
