(Eagle News) — Over 2000 passengers were stranded in Visayas and Mindanao due to tropical storm “Agaton.” The Philippine Coast Guard reported that most of the 2, 300 passengers were in northern Mindanao and southeastern Mindanao,with 1,910 affected passengers. (Eagle News) — The Philippines is among nine countries to benefit from a $100-million aid from the United Nations.
