(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake hit Davao Occidental on Thursday morning. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the earthquake struck 186 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 6:41 a.m. The quake was tectonic in origin.
