Around 900 passengers unloaded after MRT-3 train suffers glitch anew

(Eagle News) — Around 900 passengers were unloaded from a Metro Rail Transit-3 train on Wednesday morning. The Department of Transportation said the passengers had to be dropped off at the Guadalupe Station at 8:40 a.m. It said this was after the train encountered an electrical failure, among others. (Eagle News) — The Sandiganbayan has issued a warrant of arrest against Davao del Norte Rep. Antonio Floirendo. The warrant stems from the graft case filed by the Ombudsman in connection with a questionable deal between the Bureau of Corrections and the  Tagum Agricultural Development Company (Tadeco).
