(Eagle News) — Around 900 passengers were unloaded from a Metro Rail Transit-3 train on Wednesday morning. The warrant stems from the graft case filed by the Ombudsman in connection with a questionable deal between the Bureau of Corrections and the Tagum Agricultural Development Company (Tadeco).
