PNP: Communist groups may be behind explosions in Masbate, Sultan Kudarat

(Eagle News) — The Philippine National Police is looking at the possibility Communist groups were behind the recent explosions in Sultan Kudarat and in Masbate. In a press conference, PNP Spokesperson Senior Supt. Benigno Durana said this was based on evidence they found in the scenes.
