(Eagle News)–Former Vice President Jejomar Binay is running for a seat in the House of Representatives in 2019. Quoting the Binays’ spokesperson Joey Salgado, a report said Binay will go against Monsour del Rosario for the 1st district congressional seat. Salgado, the report said, also announced Makati Mayor Abby Binay would run for reelection. The elder Binay lost in the 2016 elections.
