According to the DOTr, the P505,110,000 worth of fuel subsidy cards translated to 101,022 cards distributed to public utility jeepneys since July 2018. (Eagle News)—A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Occidental Mindoro on Thursday, April 4. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 34 kilometers southwest of Paluan at 6:36 a.m. The depth of focus of the earthquake, which was tectonic in origin, was 86 kilometers.
