(Eagle News)–Around P100 million worth of suspected cocaine was found on the coastline of Surigao del Sur on Tuesday night. 3.5-magnitude quake hits Surigao del Sur

(Eagle News)–A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Sur on Wednesday, May 1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, an aftershock of the 6.5-magnitude quake that struck Eastern Samar on April 26,  hit 26 kilometers southeast of San Julian at 5:32 a.m. The depth of focus was 42 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
