4.5-magnitude earthquake strikes Leyte

(Eagle News) — A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck Leyte on Monday, Oct. 30. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 7:13 p.m. Its epicenter was  six kilometers northeast of Kananga.
