3.5-magnitude quake hits Surigao del Norte

(Eagle News)–A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Norte on Thursday, July 25. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 77 kilometers northeast of Burgos at 8 a.m. Depth of focus was 1 kilometer. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
