Bicam approves report on proposed P4.1-trillion budget for next year

(Eagle News)–The Philippines women’s basketball team made history on Tuesday, Dec. 10, after winning the country’s first-ever gold medal in the biennial sports event. The Filipino players routed Thailand with a 91-71 blowout at the Mall of Asia Arena. Jack Animam and Janine Pontejos led the Philippines’ offense against Thailand led by Tiffany Bias. Indonesia copped the bronze after defeating 2017 gold medalist Malaysia, 70-59.
PHL clinches silver in men’s volleyball after falling to Indonesia
